The Wraith resembles a demon wearing tactical clothing that only has half of his head, spewing red smoke from the back. His face appears to be pitch black with a red outline, wearing small horns and slashed eyes with a mouth covered by a scarf. The Wraith's first few appearances are short, seemingly watching you progress through Sublevels. During Pipes, he will actively attempt to kill you during the puzzle. This pattern will continue on until Malice, where you finally confront Wraith and defeat him. To see more information of his backstory, see the Operator article. Appearances Sublevel 11 There is a chance for the wraith to appear in Sublevel 11 standing next to the message and the levers. Wraith will immediately start to summon his various attacks, as well as some new ones at the beginning of the battle. During the fight, he will occasionally spew out various lines of dialogue, talking about you and other topics about himself, with 12 in total. Mirror He also appears in the scrapped Offset Mirror. He first appears in a mirror after players click on a concrete wall which reveals a large mirror with him in it. He copies player movement in the large mirror. After staring at him for a short amount of time, he stabs or penetrates the player using a chain which teleports players into a bigger area that is practically the same as the new Aegis. The boss fight was "leaked" when Smiling_Winner was falsely banned for 7 days in Roblox due to the Wraith's boss music being "racist". Miscellaneous • The Wraith shows up in the Thumbnail of "Wait... that's not enough- go back!". • The Wraith also appears in two songs by Smiling_Winner named "ANGUISH" and "Tinnitus". • His face signature appears in Smiling_Winner's video titled CL - 2124 VIC - 000, where after being shown that the shotgun is your friend, and the guy in the video is your enemy, his face signature appears in a black screen saying "feel the anguish" • On the PM 6:06 Discord, there is a meme of an image of Wraith "waiting". You can find this on the server by it being a sticker. • This meme of Wraith also appears on Wraith Plays and Wraith Reviews. Purple Wraith appears to be a separate character from the original Wraith. Instead of having a red face, their appearance is instead halved with white and purple, with a different smoke effect coming from his head, separately white and purple. His clothing and weapons seem to appear the same, and also wears dog tags on their neck. Their weapon looks to be a bone drill instead of a knife or gun. Sublevel 50 On 02/20/2023, when Smiling_Winner was trolling everybody in the server by teleporting them into a few Sublevels, sometime later, he teleported everyone to Sublevel 50. Though it is not released, Smiling_Winner did happen to leak it. In the image, the boss at the end appears to be the warped version of the Wraith from "Fear Hard Mode". The image was revealed before Fear Hard Mode was known, however. Touching the boss softlocks you, making you unable to move around. Fear Hard Mode Purple Wraith's second main appearance is in Fear Hard Mode, which was first leaked on 08/13/23. His attacks and walls will be purple instead, although they don't seem to be much different overall. Instead of chasing you until the end of Sublevel 6, he will instead chase you all the way to Sublevel 10. The beginning music for Sublevel 1 and the rest of the chase are different as well. Most of the walls are also replaced with new and unique Face Corruptions. The Depths Purple Wraith also appears in The Depths, holding up their weapon with a red light facing them and looking down.

• The Wraith also appears in two songs by Smiling_Winner named "ANGUISH" and "Tinnitus".
• His face signature appears in Smiling_Winner's video titled CL - 2124 VIC - 000, where after being shown that the shotgun is your friend, and the guy in the video is your enemy, his face signature appears in a black screen saying "feel the anguish"
• On the PM 6:06 Discord, there is a meme of an image of Wraith "waiting". You can find this on the server by it being a sticker.
• This meme of Wraith also appears on Wraith Plays and Wraith Reviews.
Purple Wraith appears to be a separate character from the original Wraith. Instead of having a red face, their appearance is instead halved with white and purple, with a different smoke effect coming from his head, separately white and purple. His clothing and weapons seem to appear the same, and also wears dog tags on their neck. Their weapon looks to be a bone drill instead of a knife or gun.
Sublevel 50
On 02/20/2023, when Smiling_Winner was trolling everybody in the server by teleporting them into a few Sublevels, sometime later, he teleported everyone to Sublevel 50. Though it is not released, Smiling_Winner did happen to leak it. In the image, the boss at the end appears to be the warped version of the Wraith from "Fear Hard Mode". The image was revealed before Fear Hard Mode was known, however. Touching the boss softlocks you, making you unable to move around.
Fear Hard Mode
Purple Wraith's second main appearance is in Fear Hard Mode, which was first leaked on 08/13/23. His attacks and walls will be purple instead, although they don't seem to be much different overall. Instead of chasing you until the end of Sublevel 6, he will instead chase you all the way to Sublevel 10. The beginning music for Sublevel 1 and the rest of the chase are different as well. Most of the walls are also replaced with new and unique Face Corruptions.
The Depths
Purple Wraith also appears in The Depths, holding up their weapon with a red light facing them and looking down.
