She named it "My December" because she feels that the month of a December is a time when people feel like they've survived the year and look forward to a well-needed beginning the next year. This album got the name because this album in itself is her "December" it's her album that signifies her want for new beginnings because the album entails the darkest and toughest years of her life. Just because this song might be about her breakin up with some dude at the time doesn't mean she writes a lot of songs about broken relationships i think its a message for women to be more independent and not always rely on a man to make you happy what a powerful very strong message to send to us women especially girls at a young age finding the right guy will come around when you least expect it at least thats whats always happened in my experience. This song hit me in such a different way this time. I used to listen to it to release feelings of pain and anger, and remind myself of my own value, thinking of all the people who ever hurt me. It was good for me at the time, and a valuable part of the healing process, but today, for the first time ever, when I listened to it, I realized I really had, in my heart, sincerely let go of all the people that hurt me and detatched from them and their trauma.
every color of her hair looks stunning on her! she can pull out blond, brown, black, i think even red! she's so beautiful, and she has such a great voice, and musical talent! beautiful singer, with even better talent... :)

Well did you know that a sample of this song is from a different song altogether. I read this and I was shocked to find this but around 2004 or 2005, can't remember but I read it somewhere about the original artist where I was looking back at old stories from last year Eurovision. But the song was called Oh Uh by a Maltese singer that goes by the name of Ira Losco, she is very well known for coming second in Euorvision 2002 and taking part last year as well. But Clarkson took a sample of that track and volla, this song from this album was born. It sad though, because in Losco's case, she never got that big international breakthrough though she has a very talented voice, though however she has performed with some big international acts but still her career never blew up worldwide. However, she is one of the most famous female stars in her home country of Malta. As well this album didn't do as well that Clarkson attended, which is kind of a little sad as she won American Idol a couple of years earlier remember. But albums can flop, which it was in this case for Clarkson. I hope you learned something new.
