Madina Arabic book is widely popular and some of teachers and scholers say, it covers 80-90% grammer and mostly understanding of Quranic language.
It might be a good syllabus if you follow.

What a fabulous Arabic lesson with an extraordinary young lady, speaking fluently in both languages. I never come across a person like you, "Mundu saman dhawiilan", which I was checking the kinds of teachers trying to produce a good Arabic video, but your teaching trashed 10 VS 0 every other teacher available in the social media.
