Hugs and love. For me, it’s my lack of sleep and my hormones adjusting. I see people like this and imagine they’re not getting woken up every hour by one of their kids, they can eat and drink without having to struggle to make time for it, they have never stressed or worried about basic needs like food, shelter, heat, water bills, etc… the list goes on.
