Regular soap would do the same job.. You dont need all tjat expensive face cream.. And a descent shampoo/conditioner along with a good leave in and 1x a week hair mask would work just as good.

Exhausted just watching I love a nighttime winding down routine, little rituals to decompress, but this just seems so effortful you’d not only keep yourself up, you’d miss the relaxation element?
My routine: get in shower use shower gel, shampoo and conditioner on hair, if I can be bothered ill quickly slap on some in shower moisturiser and that's it lol. I quickly dry my hair scrape it back in a ponytail brush my teeth and I'm done lol. I can't be arsed at the moment as I'm in perimenopause and my mental health is not good .

You can still pamper yourself with less expensive items. I’m not hating on her in no form but not all of those expensive products benefit others. Truthfully a good self care day really only consists of you doing very minimal relaxing things that make you personally feel good. And for some honestly that can be even doing a regular shower but instead of lights put on a candle and there’s people that sell very inexpensive candles that are actually body oil too. So it’s a 2-in-1 delight

Hydrogen peroxide doesn't erode your teeth, that's baking soda. Hydrogen peroxide is actually the only/best chemical used for teeth whitening.
