Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 January 31, 1892) was a British Reformed Baptist preacher who remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations, among whom he is still known as the "Prince of Preachers." In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.
Spurgeon was a prolific author of many types of works including sermons, an autobiography, a commentary, books on prayer, a devotional, a magazine, and more. Many sermons were transcribed as he spoke and were translated into many languages during his lifetime. Arguably, no other author, Christian or otherwise, has more material in print than C.H. Spurgeon.

Oh yes, there is power in prayer. They gave me 30 days to live back in 2016, today has been 4 years, 3 months and 16 days since then. I received Jesus when I was 23 and now I’m 58, still serving HIM, Aleluya, HE is great. Pray and HE will be always on your side. They found a rare type of cancer in me, they called it Urachal cancer. Thank God there’s nothing rare for HIM since HE created all, Aleluya!!! HE healed me!!!

Hehehe What a Powerful testimony I would like to have a prayer partner like you. You have great faith, you had to tear that mountain of Cancer down. Am praying for my sister and believing she will get completely healed from breast Cancer it reached stage four one year ago. But now the wound drying slowly by slowly. We serve a Mighty God Jehovah Rapha is our Healer. Alleluia Praise the Name of the living God.

Every time I start to pray for someone their behavior gets worse, but we should not lose heart, God is faithful.

Try doing a prayer like this for unbelievers before witnessing.
Copy this prayer as a template or just use it. It seems to be working for me;
“Loving heavenly Father, I come humbly before you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and bring before You (INSERT NAME).
I thank you heavenly Father, that you have sovereign control over (first name). I thank You for the qualities of ____________ and ___________ that I see that You have placed in this man/woman.
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and as a priest of God, I plead the sufficiency of the blood of Christ to meet the full penalty his/her sins deserve.
Lord have mercy on (INSERT NAME’s) Soul, for He/She knows 8not what She/He does.
I claim back the ground of his/her life that he/she has given to Satan by believing the enemy’s deception. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ I resist all of Satan’s activity to hold _________ in blindness and darkness.
Father, You say that whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven.
So, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus I take authority over whatever spirit/stronghold is blinding (INSERT NAME) and keeping Him/Her from believing the truth of the Gospel. In Jesus Great Name I bind the strongman that is keeping (INSERT NAME) in unbelief and in its place I loose the spirit of truth.
Exercising my authority through my union with our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, I pull down the strongholds which the kingdom of darkness has formed against (INSERT NAME). I smash all those plans formed against (INSERT NAME) mind, will, emotions, and his/her body. I Pray (INSERT NAME)’s Mind would be illuminated by the Truth and the reality of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for Him/Her.
I invite the Holy Spirit of God to sanctify and bring the fullness of His power to convict, to bring to repentance, and to lead (INSERT NAME) into faith in Jesus Christ as his/her Saviour.
Father, according to your word, your will is that none should perish and that all should come to repentance. So, father I thank you that it is your will for (INSERT NAME) to come to salvation
Jesus said: “With Men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible”.
So, Heavenly Father, with this in mind I trust that u will draw (INSERT NAME) to yourself and to send out worthy labourers to witness to her/him when ready.
Jesus said, “All things are possible to him that believe”
So Having the utmost faith and belief that Your Holy Spirit is leading me, I intercede on behalf of (INSERT FULL NAME) in the name of Jesus Christ. All glory to you heavenly father of course, to further the kingdom of God. In Jesus’ great name I joyfully lay this prayer before You. Amen.”

I'm asking for perfect healing for me and my husband and deliverance from the hand of the wicked . I receive it in Jesus name.
I feel as if the Lord was telling me you need to pray more, before hearing this call my prayer life was almost non existent.So I'm now on this quest to obey God and learn how to pray, I've been saved 33 yrs now and I'm ashamed I'm not further down the road, I have matured in a lot of different areas of my life however I have fell short in my prayer life. So now I'm reading all the things I can get my hands on & listening to all things on prayer I do not want to fail god on this matter as I have a record of failing on most things life has brought my way ,including being a father& husband I most miserably failed.However with gods help I will not fail this test he has put before me ,As I'm tired of being a loser and failing to live up to my potential ,God has chosen me the scriptures tell me I have not chosen him, so he must have seen something of value in me or he would not chosen me to be one of his. Bless all who read this ( sorry for the rant)
same here, I always regret what I should've done or not done particularly in my own marriage.
The good news is you still have time to be used fully by God.
May I just say I pray you gain a close relationship with Jesus and feel the love. We hinder ourselves by believing the lies of the devil, we have to speak the future we want not what has been or seen in the natural. We hold ourselves back by not understanding we are new creatures and redeemed by our Lord. We have all fallen short, that's why Jesus came to save us. Today you are a child of God with a purpose to further the kingdom. If you see yourself as a loser, a loser you will be. We are more than conquers through the Christ Jesus. We are created in His Image, we are His children and the mercy is renewed everyday. By not understanding who and whose we are, we don't glorify God. It took me 54 years to figure this out. Jesus came, for you, that's how loved and important you are. He only made one of you, you are very special. May the peace of God be on you all of your days, in Jesus name I pray. Amen

Please pray for my husband’s salvation. His mom prayed for her son’s salvation for 35 years. She passed away a few years ago. I’m continue praying for him until today.
There is an old saying : Dont cast your pearls before swine .
But , you never know......

People for some reason think they have to feel something , no, we need not depend on feelings. But rather believe God , in prayer that it is, already done. He says so ! BELIEVE IT !
We just got to have faith to believe God will answer our prayers.
Jesus, I beg you to answer my prayers. Please reveal yourself to me. Please forgive me. Please redeem me. Please tell me you love me. Please don’t give up on me. Please have mercy on me.
Jesus loves you.He hears you and certainly cares,it is enough to know that you repent your sins ,but it is important to not let self condemnation tell you otherwise.God loves is.He knows our weaknesses,all you need is keep having faith,he understands you more than any person.Thank Him for answering prayers

Do you know the unredeemed do not cry out begging for Him to hear them? We do not come to Him of our own will, but the will of the Spirit sent by Christ into the world. Rest in the assurance dear brother or sister, you are His.

There are very gifted pastor's today. But these messages from Spurgeon have real meat in them.

Thank you for posting this sermon, it was an answer to prayer. I pray for my children and grandchildren’s salvation and have faith that God will answer. But sometimes there is a little tug at my heart. This was like God assuring me my prayers will be answered. God bless you!

Prayer is the most powerful wapon of the christian but you must live in unity with the Lord, also believe in the promises of His Word keep praying, keep pleading....He is faithful He hears you ...and so beatiful...He is busy changing you first, while you are praying...I keep clinging to my Lord despite all my trials and troubles...He will come through.

Such a powerful and encouraging message! Thank you for posting this message! C. Spurgeon is truly a Prince of Preachers. He delivers every message with knowledge of the scripture , gods heart and ability to communicate to an audience.
I save these and listen to them when I can't sleep. I know CH Spurgeon probably had a Suffolk or Essex accent, not an 🙂American accent, but I really like this voice!
