Who cares if the wing mirrors don’t work very well? THEY LOOK SO COOL!!!!!!! Yet another nice vehicle restoration Chris, many thanks for sharing - seeing these older vehicles taking pride of place on the road brings me so much joy.
the car looked like its new from the showroom. fantastic ! Even the interior looks new ! The tanduk mirrors need 2 ppl for adjustment .. 1 in the car , the other outside adjusting . LOL !
It’s really easy to maintain as the mechanical just too straight forward and I do have fond memories of this model as my bro first car and if you notice the seat belt isn’t retractable and always wonder how could tht be safety. I used to compare this with my dad KE70 thinking it’s way modern :p hey how cool is that driving a Toyota with a Honda t-shirt on :p
Cos u actually had to manually tighten the belt once clasped, like a racing harness, which means leaning forward was impossible, very inconvenient! Haha! 😄
looking great, my ke30 have tanduk but is squarish one, visibility is good, but when others accidentally hit it where your car is park beside them, then you got to get down and adjust slowly.... hahaha, but it definitely look cool....
Old school cars can easily outlast than the owner rather than current modern cars will last probably 5 years. After warranty easily cost a fortune because the computer and electronic.
I daily a car with fender mirrors, yea they are way less useful than door mounted ones. But yours way to small, try get Corona ones they are larger. longliveoldskool

Sir, how do you install the chrome visors? Been struggling to install mine hahaha
Try sliding them in at at angle slowly, be gentle cos they can bend easily 😊
Will you be changing the rear lights? The current 1 looks faded.
They are indeed, so yeah, in future it's a definite possibility 🙂
