We stayed in lodge 206 it was clean to an acceptable standard. Think we got lucky on this visit going by reviews. We did enjoy the rest of the park and the entertainment team did a great job for the kids. I've stayed in muvh much better lodges so would I risk a second stay. No but only because of reviews I've seen and the lodges been older than what I expected.
God that's awful saved me a wasted trip wouldn't be booking there, health an safety should shut it down disgusting. Hope they gave you a full refund!
There's one word for that.... Rancid!! If the health inspectors tested that carpet, sofa and bed - they would be shut down!!!!

Not yet no. They can take up to 10 days to 2 weeks to reply. £400 for 3 days there. Wow

That's disgusting! I hope a full refund was issued immediately. Thats not fit for the homeless. £400 is a joke!
