He wrote "The Soup" and created the character Kenny Bania (based on comic Bruce Smirnoff) and came up with the plotline of Kramer fighting a monkey at the zoo in "The Face Painter"
80s comics sometimes adopted personas (Dice Clay, Howie Mandel, Bobcat Whoever) but Fred was a real persona. The awkwardness wasn't a bit. And he was hilarious.
Is this the real Fred Stoller channel? Saw him do a brilliant set at Igbys in LA about '92. Also spent time talking with him. Great person, brilliant unique comic.
Fred great job…….I love dry humor like this and love how u taking shots at yourself! That takes gigantic balls…….🫵🏻🎩🫡………..I miss your buddy Norm too😔…..keep his spirit alive buddy………oh……and …..get off……the…….phone!
Ok, the song sounds like a late-night-show version of U2's "All I Want is You" but that song wasn't released for another few years... What's the song and did U2 copy them?
It's illegal to park in a handicap spot. He's applying the same concept to handicap bathrooms where it would be illegal to use one if you aren't handicap.
PhatDragon94 no it's because he's "black" for the joke, it about racist cops ticketing black guys who wouldn't otherwise be ticketed, you know, if they were white
I completely am aware that this guys but is going for the “charmingly awkward - NYC Jewish Mama’s boy, eccentric underdog that actors like Raymond Romano built a whole career upon where as this guy who was one of the originators still fell through the cracks... but it still doesn’t change the fact that in my humble personal opinion that Fred Stoller’s stand up routine is by far the absolute worst stand up bit I have ever had the displeasure to see / hear. However, I still might shell out the 2 dollars & purchase his recent new Kindle Single - “My Seinfeld Year” (Kindle Single) (2012) & also - now that I finished reading the phenomenal, “The Disaster Artist: My Life Inside The Room, The Greatest Bad Movie Ever Made” (2013 non-fiction book written by Greg Sestero & Tom Bissell) & scanning the bookshelves for something similar... I think I might also pick up a copy of Mr. Fred Stoller’s recent new book - “Maybe We'll Have You Back: The Life of a Perennial TV Guest Star” (2013) The reviews I’ve read so far all have been very positive & supporting of Stoller’s New memoir.
Forget it's a whole set without a single clunker or filler, it's a whole set of comedy gold, one after another!
Exactly.
My favorite Stoller joke: “I just got a girl pregnant. I introduced her to friend of mine. I think he owes me.”
"Stores usually close early on Saturdays"
His delivery is so perfect
Fred is a funny guy. I read he was a writer on Seinfeld, I also remember him from Everybody loves Raymond. He was Ray's cousin, Gerard.
Gerard was a fuckin riot😆😆😆😆
He wrote "The Soup" and created the character Kenny Bania (based on comic Bruce Smirnoff) and came up with the plotline of Kramer fighting a monkey at the zoo in "The Face Painter"
i swear i totally forgot who he was but i remembered his voice and ive i finally found him
Same! He has a very distinct voice, that’s also how I found him 😭😭
80s comics sometimes adopted personas (Dice Clay, Howie Mandel, Bobcat Whoever) but Fred was a real persona. The awkwardness wasn't a bit. And he was hilarious.
In his book, Fred says this aired the same day as the Challenger disaster. Not good timing.
norelco pc
Whoa! That's unfortunate timing for sure!
I thought it was comedic gold timing totally on accident!!!
Reminds me of that other tragedy...
For this next joke let's pretend it's not true
This guy is goin' places!
Fred and Dom Irrera were my favorite guests on Dr Katz.
I'm aloof, like Kiefer Sutherland.
Are my nostrils gettin bigger?
"See Dr. Katz! He helps! Not me, so much ... I miss a lot of appointments."
At this time, at his age, with his personality, he is possibly the most brave man in the World. I love this guy.
Poor Fred he never got over kathy the griffin , plus Letterman got his name wrong....classic!
Intentionally awkward, yet he's so charming!
He is by nature awkward.
yeah, he's 100 lbs of charm, all right. charisma to spare. but also, none of those things.
"I'm not normal, but for the next joke...."
Holy fuck its the thryllseeker
I knew this guy did the letterman show way back. I liked his style
This is awesome. As a Canadian 21 year-old open micker who's been doing comedy for 4 months in 2015, I strive to be this good.
if youre striving for this....give it up. this is so basic. hopefully you gave it up
Mavis Morely could only wish she was this good.
Keep at it and one day you'll be as mediocre as Fred.
Guessing you closed the mic.
@@LordsofMedia Update: I gave it up
classic hahaha. stores usually close early on saturdays.
They do though. That's funny.

perfect set.
after a show once someone said I was like a racist Fred Stoller. I took it as a huge compliment
I have no idea how he kept a straight face
Is this the same tuff guy who drinks milk after its expiration date ????
luuke luketer
That's the chap!
Who returned movies to Blockbuster and did not rewind them.
@@ab8588 he’s a rebel!
You can't stop him. He's nuts! 😂
"stores usually close early on Saturdays...." lol
Fred stoller is the best joke writer for any era! But there were only a few eras!
This is amazing
Fred great job…….I love dry humor like this and love how u taking shots at yourself! That takes gigantic balls…….🫵🏻🎩🫡………..I miss your buddy Norm too😔…..keep his spirit alive buddy………oh……and …..get off……the…….phone!

Fred Staller! Kathy Griffin says she's wet.
Fred Stoller was a good looking guy back then, thin and handsome!!!!!
🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢
He went out with Kathy Griffin!😂
I find him extremely attractive.
Excellent.
REALLY good material, Fred. But what I wanna know is...
What's it like to work with Meli Alexander?
This has all his best stuff except for the unhinged thing he weaves through some of his sets. Love Fred.
Thrill Seeker is his name!
mr420socko
Heehee!
Is this the channel of the Fred Stoller? Lol
If Ray Romano and Christopher Walken had a child together....
Do you know Danny Jacobs the voice of king julien?
That was very funny
Still hilarious 🤣
Ok, the song sounds like a late-night-show version of U2's "All I Want is You" but that song wasn't released for another few years...
What's the song and did U2 copy them?
time of the season by the zombies
Let My Love Open the Door, by the Who
The Zombies from the album "Odyssey and Oracle". Great album.
It’s mr Lowe
The funniest.
Hi
He sounds very similar to Ray Romano. Funny guy.
Any how.
Wasn’t he in Little man.
W 9797 from the people that brought us white chicks?
W 9797 why not?
Yes.
he take to many liberty´s : )
🤣🤣🤣
.....Anyway
Great video. I just didn't understand the handicap bathroom joke, can someone explain it to me?
It's illegal to park in a handicap spot. He's applying the same concept to handicap bathrooms where it would be illegal to use one if you aren't handicap.
PhatDragon94 if you aren't 'handicapped', no?
PhatDragon94 no it's because he's "black" for the joke, it about racist cops ticketing black guys who wouldn't otherwise be ticketed, you know, if they were white
yet more documentation of the great Fred stoller being..."funny".
Get off the phone!!
Dumb and Dumber?

@Sponge Bob i agree, this is better than most stand up routines. I guess the original poster hasn't seen much stand up, as you say.
It’s sad he emasculates himself for the laughter of others
He's never funny. He should have sold furniture or body parts
Haha your post shows you aren't funny. Sucks to be you.
Day of the Challenger disaster
