Well done🥳👏👏🥳. I recently got a pb ao5 of 9.47. Any tips on how to average sub or low ten. I average lik low mid eleven.m and i really want be sub ten. I also have a comp in tgree weeks so any tips for improving until then and controling nerves would reaaaally help. Thanks
