20_STORM Microscopy_Paulsen

This video series was developed as part of the ELEC 571 Imaging at the Nanoscale course at Rice University. Inspired by the MinutePhysics videos, each video introduces a different aspect of nanoscale microscopy at an undergraduate level for any STEM student. This particular video describes Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM), one of many super resolution optical imaging techniques based on recording and localizing intermittent fluorescence.
