Viz needs to BRING BEET BACK. I didn't read this as a kid but I watched the anime then read the manga I think within the last year and it has quickly become a favorite of mine.
You’re awesome for remembering this and keeping it alive. Excellent video 💪🏼 Would LOVE to see you cover Sword of the Dark Ones aka Ragnarok. Nobody has done anything on it at all it’s a WELL hidden gem. This and beet the vandel buster were the first I ever picked up. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the video on Beet. I'm still hopeful for the rest of the manga getting translated. 1 note the background music is a little too loud. It's a bit distracting. Keep up the good work.
Did you know the author of Beet the Vandel Buster Riku Sanjo was also a screenwriter of my favorite anime film of all time MD GEIST Imagine if they ever did a cross over. And yeah I know most people think MD Geist is "trash" but I think it's awesome.
I am unaware if anyone is scanlating it, but it has returned from its hiatus. The only problem though is that it hasn't returned in Shonen Jump, so I do not know if the post-hiatus volumes will ever make it to the West.
@@tyleronhiscomputer6054 i know this is a 3 year old comment but yes it is being scanlated. It is currently up to 16 volumes which are scanlated with volume 17 being released in july of this year 2024. The manga moved to a new magazine Jump SQ Rise in 2018.
There is no Geokinetic magic in Beet the Vandel Buster's magic system. Fire Water/Ice Wind Lightning and Light are the only elements available to Buster's while Vandels get Sorcery and every element that Buster's can use except Light.
This is criminally underrated.
Did you read volume 16?
This was the first Japanese comic series I ever heard about or read when I was a kid. Good to know its not forgotten.

Beet the Vandel Buster is written by the guy who wrote MD Geist and Cyguard
I miss this manga. Is anyone scanlating it? I have all the physical releases of the English volumes from ancient times (haha) but they are in storage.

Beet is the anime that never have it's good ending but I hope to read it in a manga
is there new season for anime on this
No, but the series has had more chapters since its long hiatus. I don't think that it will get another retake on the anime until the manga ends.
