It depends on the capacity of the machine you want. The lowest is a one mould machine that makes 40 ice per 30 minutes, 2 mould making 80 ice per 30 minutes, 3 mould etc. The lowest starts from US $ 900, that is about 90, 000 Kenyan Shillings
gelatin works, but too expensive to use it in that popsicle. For such application its better to use a blend of guargum & xanthan gum or caboxymethylcellulose or locust bean which are commonly found

How do you make the popsicles solid but soft? Some popsicles are very hard which is not good
The hard ones are made with the Freezer, the machine makes soft ice because it only takes 30 minutes to freeze them
Stabilizer too supress ice crystal formation
