I would love to hear an episode on the spiritual practices you do, bc I agree with you! I feel like I was once very in my spiritual era and I had a different energy that was very light and soft and now I’m not as focused so I wanna get back into that too

Her speed really keeps me engaged. So it works for me
you can adjust the speed you want to hear her speak in the playback settings…
