Fishing the Alsea October 1991

This October 1991 salmon fishing video is from the DJ Production archives and is one of many fishing adventure videos. It features, what I called, a tropical fish catch as well as a big Salmon! It provides view of a historical house we called the "Real Hippie House". It was originally recorded on a Richo 8mm video cam October 12 and 13, 1991.
The video shows three types of Sunday fisherman who come together to catch a salmon on the Alsea River in Oregon.
One is devoted to being with and supporting his friends.
One is devoted to fishing and the surroundings.
One is devoted to praising the One who provides all things.
Who caught the Fish?
The current production was re-mastered using AI technology. Original editing was maintained including the original titling.
Note that fishing was much simpler then --no fancy high cost flashers were used, just a blue fox spinner and a sturdy line. The Alsea River is still a beautiful and inviting river to fish.
My favorite RV spot on the river is the newer Alsea River Park and Marina owned by Jeff and Nancy Johnson which is just up river from Waldport, Oregon . I am impressed by the improvements they have made and continue to make for the comfort of their guests.
