0:58, tab says E12 but you're playing E13

Not to be critical but just help with those learning.
at 0:49 the tab is wrong at the Dm chord 3rd and 4th notes should be "F" (13th fret)
Also the Ems should be E majors.
Great work on the tab other than that!
