Actually not. Even though is a pretty old model (there is a toroidal transformer with radiator on a backplate instead of modern impulse power block. Also there is no smd pcb assembly yet). You definitely dont know what poor quality looks like😏
Look at cheap crap for PC like Logitech, Creative, etc. and you will see some real "poor quality".
