      I think some cook this at night so that it's ready in the morning. Then they just cook breakfast in the morning. But I'm sure some of it is probably cooked in the morning to stay fresh...

      Definitely a lot of work, tho most Japanese moms are stay at home wives which is why they can spend this much energy on preparing food, it's a major blessing for the kids but not really possible/realistic for working moms

      I'm not trying to say that Japan doesn't raise chickens very well, but many farmers will also feed their hens red pepper seeds so that the yolks have that vibrant color. The yolk *not* being pale matters more than it being so intensely colorful

      you should try making one! It’s a lot of fun and really rewarding when you get to eat it. I recommend making some of the stuff the night before, that way you don’t have to wake up super early (o^^o)

      americans are usually obese and have much more health problems because of what they eat, but in japan there are literally many people living older than 110 because of how healthy they are. how they fry is different from how we fry, besides, they used REAL food instead of the fake chemicals they put into our food to make us unhealthy. they also don't eat a lot OF the food they make or get because of how much they care about their health. i'm american and i know how unhealthy our food is and how many don't care about their health and what they eat.

    Heat the oil first then fry...that way the food doesn't have to sit in the oil for long and soaks less oil

      yes thanks, oil must be peanut oil with a temperature between 165 and 185 grade celsius, don't put all the things to fry togheter, also don't fry at all is not healty, cut the butter too!

    And here I am still trying to make these lunches even after multiple failed attempts. I at least have learned how to make simple but healthy Japanese breakfast now. I'll eventually master the Japanese bento ... perhaps I should buy a bento box for a more authentic look? Lol. Thanks for sharing I always find comfort and relaxation in watching these videos.

      Bueno yo vivo con mi novio y un día el un dia yo nos turnamos para hacernos los almuerzos para llevar a el trabajo, porsupuesto son mucho más sencillos que esto. Arroz con cerdo guisado o frito, o pollo. Pero vuelvo, cosas muy simples.
