I woke up today with an intense pain(it’s something I’ve had for two years, it’s really scary and not fun so I’ll have panic attacks when even the slightest pain hits) and I started having intense anxiety and my heart was racing. I tried to do calming meditation, it worked for a while but my heart started racing again. I thought, well maybe some music will help, this song pops into my head and I immediately turn it on. The second I turned it on my anxiety was gone, my heart stopped racing and I was calm. I’m so thankful for music, even though I’m still struggling with pain and anxiety, it’s always there to comfort me
