Hi Ramesh. I changed my reverse gear and bearing on Maxi Truck NG520 gearbox. Now i have a grinding noise of gears not seating right. Is there something im missing? Cant see any other problem. Like something pushing gears to far out

Which gear does the noise come from? And what does it sound like first or not? Does it come in all gear?

If there is a grinding noise in all the gears, it may be the bearing. Make sure that if there is a grinding noise, the bearing or any gear must be worn.

And next Inspect Propeller shaft center bearing is okay or not?
And next rear differential Pinion Bearing maybe damage inspec And make sure.

Vai, your Queries are right, but this vehicle's transmission is 4WD okay, so the Speedo meter gear is fitted on the Transfer case. 4×4 gears box
