Hello Glenn, I just wanted to write, the reason why I bought this system over Bosch is because of this amazing indepth review and analysis you've done. I super appreciate your work and effort on this video. Thankyou so much ! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year too !!!!!
Hi, at 9:43min in the video you tell someting about cameras, which model and brand are they? Which cameras can we performed for a perimeter protection with axpro?
Hi mate , are you able to show how to have that camera arm disarm feature via a relay into the NVR as noted in this video ? I assume you can use any relay into an alarm input to trigger this ? Thanks man
Hi could u suggest how quickly pir responds when system is armed I ve put at the ht of 8 feets with no direct sunlight. It usually gets activated whem i rome in front of it for 3 -4 time not immidiately. i ve put this detector in instant mode. could u help tks
I wonder if you can connect a Hikvision WiFi-Camera to the AX pro - just to have a better overview than with the PIR-Cam (which has very limited capabilities)...
i was looking exactly for something alike! i own some ip hikvision camera and i was looking for some doorbell and alarms that work not just together but that could integrate them as a whole. i hope it make sense.
To be fair, I think this system sucks, as most will be installed without 2nd path for reporting alarms, if power is cut to your mains box, the system essentially shuts down, and most mains boxes are outside, and most residences have zero external PIR or beam, wireless pir's are meh, they will work most of the time, but random RF troubles are a headache, remember signal is now travelling wirelessly to your alarm panel instead of via a cable however I guess there are cable faults lots of times, but the lawsuits Hikvision have had against them because their systems are in fact compromised to those tech savvy enough are a great example of why you do not want to cheap out on having an alarm system, unless its for insurance
