Yea I was glad to see him appreciating Woods greatness. He’s honestly up there with Karrem and Shaq, for sure an all time great. Can’t wait to see his number retired in L.A. Lakers legend
Gotta be honest. Not having Nikola Vucevic top 30 is ridiculous. Is he an all star? No, but it's highly hypocritical to have injured guys, guys who have no post game whatsoever and guys who have an elite PG over a guy who averaged 18, 10 and 3 as a 3rd option on a team without a legit PG that doesn't feature him on the offensive end. Also, when he actually had good defenders on the perimeter that were able to funnel the ball to him, the Bulls had a top 5 defense. He's becoming underrated and overhated at this point.
In reality the team is significantly better when he's off the floor across every season. There's a reason he isn't seen as an impactful player. Maybe everyone else is seeing something beyond the box score
Watch out for Lively shooting 3s. He made one in the finals against Celtics and there are a lot of videos of him shooting quite effortlessly in practices. I definitely wouldn't be shocked if he started shooting this season.
Al Horford should have been here. Either a honorable mention or in the 30-25 range since he is really good for what he does. Good defender and shooter, can give solid minutes.
Pretty solid list, but I'd probably swap Bam and Wemby. Wemby is already well ahead of him as a playmaker, rebounder, face-up scorer, and shot-blocker, and he's only going to continue to improve. Bam is already in his prime
I agree that Wemby will probably be better than Bam this upcoming season but I don’t think you’ve watched enough Bam last season. Bam is one of the best passers and playmakers at the center position so saying Wemby is way ahead of him as a playmaker is a stretch and even if Bam is in his prime he’s also continuing to improve. He starting taking 3s last season halfway through the year and during the Olympics and shot them at decent efficiency. If he’s able to be even an average 3pt shooter that’s going to take his offensive game and to another level.
