Yeah maybe slowly build him up a bit after a few more movies but in a meantime maybe use Mecha King Ghidorah since he already has a build up since in the GvK novel Ren disappeared when Madison went looking for him or use SpaceGodzilla (on a side note we need to bring Gamera to the Monsterverse before Destroyah arrival plus his character (from the Heisei) would fit perfectly in the MV)

The idea of the government trying to take over Hollow Earth to exterminate all of the titans could actually be a great idea for a movie, with the film showing the potential threat that humanity poses to the world as they attempt to "Destroy All Monsters".

I know this is highly unlikely, but I hope they can at least bring back Anguirus. I mean come on. He was the very first Godzilla opponent in the monster's history. The fact that he's BARELY made any appearance since the Showa Era is crazy. Yes I know he's had appearances in Final Wars and Singular Point. But he's still had fewer appearances throughout the Kaiju years compared to Ghidorah, Mothra, Mecha-Godzilla, and even Rodan.

This guy didn’t watch KOTM. That’s the whole reason Destoroyah would exist. And yall it’s Destoroyah not destroyah.
I thinks its a bit too soon to use Destoroyah, but the more likely scenario is the introduction of Junior, since in a way, it will help to develop his character. In the interview of when he was asked about Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, he was also asked about bringing in the the son of godzilla, and goes back to the film itself, so again, I think the next film will be about exploring Godzilla’s character in the same way it was done with Kong and suko and also finding more of his species, but obviously Goji instead is in the search for one of his own.
Tbh it would be a bit strange to have another member of Goji’s species. I feel like Destoroyah would work best as a “Final Villain” of the franchise and in the end kills either Kong of Godzilla before being defeated.

2 scenes I want to see in the next movie
1. An opening scene done just like the KOM where they are in court discussing the use of the beast glove and all the destruction titans have caused.
2. A must see scene is Kong comfortable playing with his new family, wife maybe a newborn, and he gets the notification that Godzilla needs help and he is kind of like nah I’m busy, I’m good, I’m a family man. Done correctly will be awesome

I'm almost banking on the idea that humanity will create their own artificial Titan Killer, and code name it Destroyah or something like Gigan too. A cyborg titan that is fully under the power hungry and easily scared humans sounds just like the finale needed.
Huh now I'm thinking about it, there were those remains of Timat form Empire and some of Gidorah's blood in the water during KoM. I wouldn't be surprise if those things, along with Godzilla's own blood and injuries are mixing into something diabolical.

I hope Adam Wingard or the next director of the upcoming sequel see this video before finalizing the scripts. The potential of Destroyah or humanity invading the Hollow Earth sounds interesting.
Destoroyah could be the villain for the 3rd Godzilla x Kong crossover movie but we could also see Godzilla 3, 4, 5 and 6 Solo movies, Kong 2 and 3 Solo movies, a Independence Day/Alien Invasion Avengers type movie showing Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, Rodan, Anguirus, Jet Jaguar and King Caesar working together and other Live-Action/Animated Monsterverse Movies and TV Shows.

I would really love to see Biollante make an appearance. That kaiju has always held a special place in my heart ever since I fought Perfect Chaos in Sonic Adventure and recognized the similarities later on. Though I'm not entirely sure how they'd spin its creation, I desperately want to see it realized in the Monsterverse since has one of my favorite designs ever.

What if the invasion in the Hollow Earth might awaken something who might potentially be Space Godzilla when it comes to gathering resources including these crystals deep beneath? There's always a bigger monster. Not always by size but also threat level. A very ancient and unique Gojira-like creature who's been around since the prehistoric times who harnessed this strange power no other Gojira should also take; mutating him beyond anything.
I feel like space Godzilla is more likely because in the movie they talk about a Godzilla who ate a star not to mention in the hollow Earth there's so many crystals possibly created by Space Godzilla and the fact that Godzilla barely felt challenged in this film despite evolveing into his most powerful state yet I feel like he's just prepping for the real threat.
Well since the oxygen destroyer was indeed used in kotm I think it's only a matter of time before destroyah makes his presence felt.

it will be more based on Godzilla so why not bring back an old kaiju? plot theory:
ren Serizawa survives and when he got electrocuted, he saw into Ghidorah's memory, remembering the torment of Kevin and how much pain Godzilla caused him so he decides to secretly start back apex on the moon, in order to kill Godzilla he looks into Alan Jonah's purchases (or partners up with him) and finds that he has housed the exoskeletal structure of Muto prime , which he buys (or partners with Alan) and using the remains of Mecha Godzilla he uses it to create Gigan which has the supersonic roar of the Muto prime and cybernetic upgrades, ( if they incorporate kiryu, it will be made by monarch with the skeletal structure of Dagon, it will help Godzilla, near the end it will be overided by Dagon and kill Gigan)
either way Godzilla loses his spikes to gigan's supersonic roar and has to regrow them, so blue glow fans can be happy. and Mothra will be there for fight scenes, maybe even behemoth.

I imagine that next movie might reintroduce Minilla/Godzilla Jr and that would be the governments' last straw. Like a "that thing can have kids by itself??? /Hell naw/, we dont want more of that thing running around", then at the very least, they would try to hunt down the titans but prioritizing Godzilla and his kid if they dont plan on doing Hollow Earth invasion.
Also, maybe Rodan might make a return as a call back to Heisei Rodan's relationship with Baby Godzilla. Maybe Godzilla would task him, Mothra or Kong in protecting his kid and taking him away from the fight.
Maybe Ren might come back but possessed by Ghidorah. Like Ghidorah is infiltrating Earth's politics/military through Ren so he can take over Earth and destroy his rival, once and for all. Also, Mecha Godzilla come back or even a Mecha King Ghidorah
Ooo I would like Space Godzilla especially with u saying he could be a mutation due to radiation Alastair! His crystal-like design could be related with the ominous crystals in the hidden city they visited in GxK
I think that Destoroyah should be an endgame villain. Despite Godzilla's current power level, it seems a bit too soon to introduce Destoroyah into the Monsterverse. Also, speaking of Godzilla's power level, he seems almost TOO powerful at this point. Maybe the villain for the next movie could be a kaiju that somehow drains Godzilla's energy, bringing his power level down a bit. That could also open up some new possibilities for Godzilla's powers/evolutions.
Edit: A Muto could be the next villain, seeing as 1: it's an already-established monster, 2: it might be able to drain some of Godzilla's power, and 3: if the new movie is going to introduce Godzilla Jr., a Muto would be the perfect villain Godzilla could protect Jr. from, seeing as how he hates Mutos and one of them is trying to kill presumably one of the last of Godzilla's species.

An interesting idea. Earley in development of the classic King Kong vs Godzilla, one of the Monsters was meant to be Frankenstein. So maybe including so sort of Man Made Monster would be a nice nod.
Also got an idea for a while. Like what if someone took the skeleton of Dagon and built a new version of Mecha-Godzilla with them because the bones of a Titan can be used as a powersource for a Mecha. Also what if someone did the the exact same thing to the remains of the Skar King to create Mechani-Kong

My problem with Destoroyah in the Monsterverse now is that, aside from nostalgia for fans, he wouldn't really "mean" anything to the film besides just being another big Titan.
King of the Monsters already had Godzilla go through an overloaded phase too. They mention that Godzilla was going to explode at the start of his second fight with Ghidorah due to the nuke they used on him in the temple, and then Godzilla went into that Blazing state which obviously referenced Burning Godzilla. So that pretty much uses up the main references they could've used for a Destoroyah opponent, so they would have to really go out of their way to make an original way for Destoroyah to "fit" somehow besides the use of the oxygen destroyer.

I just feel like destoroyah should be saved for kongs or godzillas final film and kill one of them. It would just give destoroyah more impact in the story.

Legendary did mention that they’ll do a monarch season 2 and more spin-offs, so it could potentially be where destoroyah is set up
Its wayyy too early for destroyah, do like one Godzilla solo film with end credits with a destroyah reveal to properly set up for the finale, thats my idea, i just hope they don’t introduce him this early.

An idea I had for this it was like a two-parter movie you know like infinity war in endgame the first part will be destroy all monsters where the government officially fight back and gets the Titans because they got tired of the how destructive they are with them being there in general they can’t handle them anymore and I feel like there should be epic fight with Godzilla and the military titans will die. I feel like the queen Muto will die first because she’s already a danger to humanity due to her EMP. And I feel like the Titans Rodan Mothra will retreat and with the epic fight with Godzilla against the military he will be greatly injured and retreat to the hollow earth given the impression that they defeated Godzilla that will be like part one which is destroy all monsters. The second part of the movie, the United Nations is starting to get concerned with the Amazon rainforest because the rainforest has Dying, they realize oxygen levels are extremely low, but military person has been getting attacked all of them. And they will have body cam footage the image The video was blurry, but they fixed the quality of the video so they can see what active they see a red crustacean. Godzilla is badly hurt and within the hollow earth with the rest of the Titans that retreated into the Hollow communicates well to help with Godzilla and he’s unable to move due to his fight. They carry him to a place where there is radiation that can heal him as he absorbs it as he is healing slowly while humanity is still dealing with this right crustacean creature the weapons aren’t effective. This is healing multiplying growing becoming stronger building up. The government has officially classified this monster as. Titanus (destoroyah). destoroyah rapidly mutating and the Titans know it will officially throw off the balance of nature. destoroyah Wants to step up its mutation by feeding any remains left by Godzilla or any Godzilla species into its final form while Godzilla is healing Mothra,Rodan,Shimo and Kong goes to the surface ready to fight destoroyah because knowing after he’s done with the surface, he’s gonna attack the hollow earth. So did it stand off between all those titans while Godzilla heal and as he’s healing, he’s starting to get a new form is Tail is longer. He’s slim but not that slim but very muscular his arm is longer. His legs were longer stronger. His head was bigger as much more spike. His scales are much more built to endure any damage, giving any other titans a hard time to pierce through and is atomic breath would be white either be 650 feet Or either 800 feet being and there will be a epic fight between Godzilla and destoroyah
Surprised that The Return of Godzilla/Godzilla 1985 wasn't included in your list of emotional Godzilla films. The end of the movie STILL chokes me up as Godzilla screeches as he falls into the lava pit of Mount Mihara while the films' stellar and super sad theme music plays.
If Skar King was the Anti-Kong in GXK: The New Empire then maybe we could see SpaceGodzilla/The 1st Gojira Species that Ate a Star and Fled Earth as the main villain for the 3rd Godzilla x Kong crossover movie.

So I'm seeing ALOT of "Destroyah, TO SOON" comments but something nether any of them or even this video touched on was that Destroyah by nature is not just *one monster.*
Imagine the next movie being about Godzilla vs Space Godzilla and it introduces the monsterverse equivalent to Godzilla Jr. or Minilla, and while Big G is busy taking on his evil uncle, a strange red crab/spider like monster shows up, emerging from the ocean that godzilla and Ghidorah fought in till the oxygen destroyer was detonated. This new monster the size of say a skull crawler terrorizes the humans and fatally wounds the young Godzilla as it attempts to fight it off only for godzilla, kong or even the humans to likewise fatally wound the new monster with it ether getting launched back into the ocean or retreats to presumably die, with the little Godzilla geting saved by his father giving him some of his radiation in a heart warming, "emotional scene that shows Godzilla as a feeling character"(to paraphrase Adam Wingard).
Cut to ether the last scene or maybe a mid/post credit scene of the dying monster crawling along the ocean floor to reveal a swarm of them that proceed to consume or absorb the "little destroyah", that then goes full "The Thing" and combines into the titan sized 1rst form destroyah that then is the big bad for his own movie.
This is my take. The remnants of Apex or some other random group built Mechani Kong and has managed to take and use Skar King’s frozen body pieces as a power source . Similar to what happened to Mechagodzilla, he takes over and tries to get his revenge with his new mech powers. Heck, Monarch could counter this by using the skull and spine of the dead Godzilla from 2014 to rebuilt Mechagodzilla and possibly rename it as Kiryu. Not only that, alongside rebuilding Mechagodzilla, they be possibly making Jet Jaguar along with it.
If they kill off Godzilla, I will riot. You can have a powerful emotional connection, without killing him. Yes I know Godzilla has died before, but I dont think that would fit with the Monsterverse version of Godzilla.

Legendary skipped to Ghidorah in the second Godzilla movie. So they might as well fast forward to Destroyah in the next sequel to prove that they didn't peaked in 2019.

Yes King Caesar and (maybe) Gamera as allies to Godzilla but it's mixed since they have the same intentions but different ideology kinda how Grimlock and Optimus butthead in Fall of Cybertron where one is to go in the offense while the other in a defense strategy

I have a prediction for a “Godzilla backstory kinda more on Godzilla movie” Angires( most definitely misspelled his name) must appear he’s only had one part of the monster verse currently which is a skeleton that got blown up pretty much
i think some of the portals lead to other places in space. Perhaps the reason for the time dilation effect in the Monarch show; another planet with titans maybe orbiting a black hole

An idea I had since kotm was announced was that what if one of the burnt up muto eggs ended up surviving. Then there would be a spin-off where it’s muto v muto and then the next one would be the gang vs muto prime
A neat idea would to see a combination of Hedorah, Biollante, and Destoroyah into a unique creature with some abilities that are a combination of those three kaiju. I'm not sure I'd do it for the next movie. A good option for the next movie would be Gigan and/or Space Godzilla and either Megaguirus and/or Battra that Mothra could fight. If the humans are going to invade Hollow Earth, I'd like them to introduce a Super X type aircraft, or a fleet of them specifically designed to withstand Godzilla's power and weapons that counter his attacks.

It would be cool if Spacegodzilla does end up being used, he could try to tempt Godzilla to give into his newfound powers and take over the Earth like Ghidorah. As said in the video, Godzilla has gotten so much more powerful and ruthless over the past films. Who could really stop him if he tried an aggressive take over? Maybe in the GxK sequel, Godzilla can be plagued with dreams Spacegodzilla would telepathically give him where does end up becoming a destroyer rather then a protector, with Kong, Mothra, and other Titans dead at his feet and the world burning with radioactive fire. Spacegodzilla's defeat would be Godzilla overcoming his personal demons and becoming more than just a king of the monsters.

I think Space Godzilla has a chance in appearing in the next film, since of all the crystals in the Hollow Earth and such. And processing all of this Space Goji might be an anti hero in this film if he or she appears.
I think Destroyah has a high chance of appearing in this new sequel, might be another chance for the G Man to go Thermo nuclear again. Hence it being a threat created from mankind according to Alastair.
Humanity building more original mechs based on/around dead titans or getting back to the teaser of testing on Skull Island should be a good direction to go Methuselah and several of the named but not yet shown in action Titans should appear before any of the Toho kaiju
I feel as if they can use destoroyah but make it to where he’s in a part 1 and part 2. And in between the first or second u could bring in a new monster or space Godzilla for a 2v1 or 2v2 with Kong involved

I like the idea of Space Godzilla being the one who actually banished Skar King, especially since the crystals were so prominent in GxK and hinted towards him.
Would also be cool if aliens took Space Godzilla after he beat Skar King then bring him back as a tool to conquer Earth now that he's fully evoled (that way the Space Godzilla name will name sense). I also hope we see Godzilla Jr/Minya.
Problem is for Godzilla sacrifice is Toho forbidden Godzilla to be killed unless a successor ex. An offspring like Minilla or Godzilla Junior to take his place or other wise they can’t kill him off so it would need to set up Minilla, Godzilla Junior or some equivalent to them before they can do it.
Guys if we think about it right, we technically had an evil version of Kong's species. So it makes sense for the next film to feature an evil member or representation of the Godzilla species as well, being someone like Biollante or Space Godzilla. Personally I hope for Biollante as she would be VERY easy to introduce with some plantlife in the Hallow Earth. However it HAS to be Godzilla's fight.
After this we can end the MV story (or main Godzilla story) with Destoroya. But again, Kong should have no place in this fight. This is a Godzilla ONLY battle! Can't ruin it like they did with MechaGodzilla.
Another classic kaiju loke destroyah or space Godzilla type would be a likely suggestions but if humanity as whole are here to antagonize the titans ala "Destroy All Monsters" style would be a freat concept idea to adapt plus Adam Wingard the director of Godzilla x Kong is open to that idea so it's a matter of execution of how the story pans out in writing and story.
If you ask me, if we ARE getting a Toho kaiju as the villain for this next film, Spacegodzilla would be a perfect fit. The film could deliver the “emotional resonance” in the form of Godzilla realising how powerful and violent he’s become and how being the alpha titan/king of the monsters comes at a cost. Spacegodzilla could act as a reflection of what Godzilla might become if continues down the path of abusing his power as alpha, and it could remind him of his battles with Ghidorah and how he tried to do the same thing. Plus, if we get a Baby Godzilla, it could allow him to warm up to humanity a little more and give him something to fight for.

after rewatching all the movie something people dont talk about from kotm because its overshadowed by the Oxygen Destroyer is that theres a black market selling kaiju dna. so we might be seeing the mutant titans show up. wonder if with humanity being the villan if we might see mechagodzilla again or supermechagodzilla though I feel it be too soon to go back to Mecha though it would be cool to see Mecha get a full movie rather then at the end of the movie again
I think we will see something similar to Godzilla in the next movie because the new empire had a Kong like villain so I think maybe space godzilla, bio or something new
