Thank you!!! Hope it gets to you quickly! When I ordered mine I had to wait I think a week but it felt like a month.. lol.. excited for you to get yours!!! Thank you for your kind words.. I appreciate it so much!
Thank you for your comment. For the price point I would say you pay for what you get. a few things is that the machine is slow and that you need to stay on top of your maintenance, I have had to replace the printer head and didn't have the printer not even 1 year. Also to align the roll of paper is a headache as well. A lot of little things but I still think that for the price is worth it for what you get.
Hi, very great Video. Can you please explain a little bit more, what exactly the issue was when the printhead got stuck. I just got mine and I have a similar issue just that the printhead kept moving and always hitting something on the very left.
Hello! Okay let me try to explain. when looking at the printer head look at the clear ribbon to the left of the printer head follow that all the way to the left and you will see it is connected to a metal piece. that metal piece needs to be pulled forward a little to fall on the bottom portion of its track. I will upload a short for you to show you.
Great Question. So when the two light are blinking red the printer is telling you that you need to reset the waste ink counter. The printer has a counter that needs to be rest periodically. If you go to the procolored website, go to Support tab and select resources and then select the troubleshoot tab. they have a video that will walk you through the rest. Hope that helps!
Hi, nice video. Your oven settings on the video have they been curing your prints OK. Mine been having lots of little holes in the print when take out the oven, been told could be moisture but not sure. Have you come across any issues with oven. Thanks
@@davewilkos26 I have noticed on some of my prints they have the tiny holes but to be honest it doesn’t affect the quality of the print once pressed.. some people say you get it from shaking off the powder and some say it might be the oven.. I know let my print sit for two minutes before I powder it and I don’t shake off the powder as hard as I did before and that has helped and I see less of the tiny holes in my prints… I hope this info helps.
I purchased mine directly from ProColored. Here is the link. Not sure if I can add it here.. www.procolored.com/products/13-single-head-a3-dtf-printer-direct-to-film-printer-roller-version-l1800-oven

@@nelusway4665 I had mine at 120 200 seconds and it was overtaking contacted support about the pin holes as was ruining my finished transfers. He said I was overbaking at 120° 200 seconds. Have you encountered any issues being at 135° 300 seconds with the pin holes. Thanks

What are the print and color settings ?
My Black and White Settings are at 85% and my other Colors are at 80%.. But you can play around with the percentage to find what works for you.

My oven is set at the 135 and I leave it in for 300 seconds. I was having the same issue with the prints not curing all the way.
