    The people in comments down below talking about being Black will learn really fast that black skin means nothing in Canada, kinda hard talking about black skin among 635 First Nation Tribes and that’s not Including Inuits and Metis...

    Hi I'm a black girl from Belgium and I'll be in Toronto this weekend. Does anyone know cool spots where black people chill or club at?

      Melanin B. Trust me Canada is mostly full of Indigenous people. Black people in Canada tend to feel left out of most things, but then again North America is Native land and Canada still have Indigenous people and Canada acknowledges it too, I don’t know if Black immigrants come to Canada even bother to read and learn about indigenous Cultures and indigenous people of a Canada, I ask because Americans made the world believe we are all wipe out.

    whats the best part about living in Canada while being black is Canada welcoming to black people

    • @dn2ze
      @dn2ze 5 лет назад +2

      hasan lewis being black in Canada means nothing because Canada is full of original people of North America. Kinda hard. Talking about being Black in Canada when there are Natives and Inuits still exist since 1492 plus these same indigenous people first met the Europeans(Vikings) 500 years before Columbus. In short The cultures of these people will overshadow your skin colour. We don’t talk about skin colour, being Black just means you are not from North America...

      Thanks for your contribution. I get your point though but I not completely agree that being back in Canada means nothing when you look at the experience as a whole. A black person from African has a completely different experience and is seen differently than a black person born and raised in Canada. Also, you have to remember that not every part of Canada is as diverse and so there are people who still act really shocked when they come in close contact with us. This is a long version but I just wanted to put this points out there.
