So our mortgage lender provided us a closing disclosure that stated we would need to bring additional funds to closing. Turns out the lenders calculated the closing costs incorrectly and the settlement company refunded the money that we wired. The whole time they were quoting us on the closing costs it was incorrect on my end too but we wanted to be safe and just send the money they asked from us. Hope that makes sense 💕
