First of all, yes it does work. Checkra1n is legit and will unlock your device. My only issue is that I'm using IOS 11 which isn't compatible so I guess my iPhone 6S Plus will remain an unusable brick until they either include IOS 11 or the previous owner decides to remove the Icloud Lock remotely from iTunes. I'm using IOS 11.2.2 just to be more specific.

I had Itunes opened when i hit the "Bypass Icloud..." button on FRP I was using Ipad pro 2017 (9.7 inch) on ios 13.4

Before booting to your usb, make sure that in SETUP (look it up, ur supposed to click another Fnumber) you disable something like “safe boot” because that’s what make your pc always reboot on windows. 2. When trying to open the bypass app (such as frpfile), turn off your antivirus first or else it’ll get deleted I’ll edit this if I remember anything more hahaha

this should also work on earlier devices like the 5S. It might also work on even earlier devices like the ip5 if you in checkra1n go to options and tick the box to allow untested ios versions

Yes, if you replace the logic board (assuming you’re dealing with a iPhone 5c, 5 and below) it will do no harm. If you replace it on a 5s or higher, you lose Touch ID/Face ID, unless you buy a unlocked motherboard with the original home button/front camera setup :) hope this helps

You have to disable secure boot control in your system bios

Why not back up the phone when the bypass is done then reset it and restore the backup and then the phone goes back to normal
