for the kits to fight, why is elektra not in 'uh oh'? the dash applies the zapped effect and it disables the jump boost, cause as of now its the only thing that does kb :d (more related to 1v1 and duels)
I don't think Elektra has that much advantage over Agni, though she can disable the jetpack, Agni will still likely have cluster bombs. I probably didn't think about how Elektra disables the jetpack while making the list, I probably should've put her in "Tough" at least.
Partially cause the cluster bombs and jetpack were really good at knocking people off, possibly stealing kills from bounty hunter. Also partially cause bounty hunter just isn't a great kit, needing to go late-game to even get good loot. Cluster bomb and jetpack knockback have been nerfed since then, so I wouldn't say it's terrible anymore.
The glitch is fixed, the jetpack and cluster bombs now always apply fire!

I found that if you jump to the side of the bridge, then use the jet pack to push enemies off works better!
