Back issues for over 10 years. Have had 3 mattresses. The latest one seems to work brand Arcadia Cirrus in medium firm. Haven’t seen the chiropractor in a couple of months since getting it.

Crochet braids are the balance between weave and braids. Hair lays down like a weave with less tension. You can go from straight to curly and back plus leave it in up to 8 weeks when done properly
