Don't know if you'll see this guys but one suggestion I have where helping your kids with their faith is concerned is to do short devotionals on the way to school and chatting with them about it. Keys for Kids is a good one. Hang in there guys. God sees your heart and He will lead you where you need to be.

Definitely agree with Tank that the more I developed my own understanding through experience the more faith in God I had. No more blind faith in spiritual “authority” 🙃 I feel like that’s how it should be, but it’s easier to allow others to make decisions for us. Not fulfilling for me though. And I agree with you Angel, married couples on one accord will see things move faster. That’s the beautiful part of marriage that can be easily missed with the “husband makes all the decisions” mindset.
