Saw you on the Bear Archery Podcast a while ago. Hurt my shoulder almost a year back and couldn't shoot without pain. Started using the exercises you recommended and I'm back to shooting again. Thank you!
Great information, I have had a couple shoulder surgeries and am just getting back into archery so this info is very welcome! Thanks for putting it up.
Thank you for these videos. This is going to help me get back to feeling confident drawing my bow following injury. Keep doing videos, consider some sort of microphone for better audio!
How long before you actually start shooting should you do the stretches? How long are the benefits good for? For example,, can I do them in the hotel before I go to the range and expect the benefits to still be present?
I stretch almost every time right before I shoot. I get up to the line within minutes of stretching just because I am excited to shoot. 😁 stretching benefits can last for hours. Ultimately it’s a good idea to get warm even in the hotel and then you should still be good to go a few hours later. 👊🏼🏹
Good information
