To get access to a rented TIer VIII Submarine until the end of the Combat mission, you need to earn 2,500 base XP on Tier VI-X Ships; To get access to a rented TIer X Submarine until the end of the Combat mission, you need to earn 2,000 base XP on Tier VIII-X Ships.
