Thank you very much for your video. It was very helpful. I've been trying to get away from pinning on my backing because it just takes me so long. I looked at leader grips and red snappers but just didn't really think that was what I was looking for. I really like these magnets. Your video helped me really understand how they work.
Thank you Janet I have been waiting for this video and I am doing it the right way. I love these magnets, great investment. Now if you have any time LOL if you could make a new video when starting a quilt using 4 pt placement instead of center placement. Thank You
Thank you, Janet! I have the red snappers, which I love, but these magnets look like a great alternative to pins also! Something I’ll ponder in the future. Rhonda
I’ve wanted these for a while. I use the red snappers right now and they are pretty good too! I will eventually get them. Maybe as a birthday present! ^^
I'm using Borders & Corners on a quilt right now ..... and the thought of turning the quilt to do the side borders doesn't even phase me with the magnets!
I have that same frame with red snappers and I just finished a minky backed quilt but had to use pins which took forever. Did you say something about a discount coupon available???
Thanks Janet! I looked on the 'net for these and found them for under $30. WRONG. That's for a few magnetic PINS. These ARE quite pricey, yikes! Especially if you want two sets. I could make do with just one set... Too bad mothers day is over! 😢

I'm glad you found it helpful. While they aren't cheap .... hopefully they never wear out! I really do like using them. 🙂
Thank you for your presentation!! You answered many questions!

I’ve been using them for about a year now. I really like them.
Curious question ..... do you do anything different? I'm always wondering if there's a better way than I'm currently doing things 😊
@@JanetGeorge-jq2yg I did do my seams at 5.5 inches for the magnet bases. Otherwise I load just like you do.
@@joannedavis1885 thanks!
I use these magnets and absolutely love them

Just a thought .... you could pin across the top and use magnets across the bottom.
Is this a leader with the cord removed?
My leaders are held to rail by velcro. I sewed a sleeve (on the other side) to slide the metal strips in to them.
Do you have to sew them in?
@@Cassandra815 I don't think so (??) but I think you would need a "pocket" to slide the metal strips in. I would call the company and ask them.
@@JanetGeorge-jq2yg I have the pocket. Thanks for answering me.
@@JanetGeorge-jq2yg if you sew them in do you need a ruler base on the Qnique? I ordered sew tires. Thanks
@@Cassandra815 I think I did them on my domestic machine
