I've been playing at 1080p 120fps for a while recently, and I must say I don't notice much of a difference in the resolution, but the increase in fps feels great! After all these years of playing on the PS4 Pro, Fortnite really feels better on PS5, especially with HDR. I've now dropped it back to 4K 60fps to see how that feels.

Let me tell you, you can play on OG PS4 but it will ruin your experience. I played on it for 3 days and i thought that my kids aim was bad and that's why she couldn't shoot at people (which is the case to extent) but my oh my the FPS drops i'm having after new update. NO joking in the fights FPS drops bellow 30 and it lags as hell, you cant just enjoy yourself on it. Now, i will have to buy new console for my daughter, and say final goodbye to my bellowed PS4 :(

1440p 120fps is really heavenly on ps5. Though i don't like or play Fortnite but ps5 will be good choice for console competitive player. Otherwise casual enjoyers ps4 is fine

Its never been the biggest difference, still a viable way to play the game. I used to play on ps4 and the switch to Xbox series s wasn't as jarring as the switch from nintendo Switch to ps4.
