    Nic is by far one of the best technical instructors on the planet. I always recommend that my students follow him and learn his material. A beautiful example of the triangle choke and what works and how to make it effective. 5 stars as usual.

    thank you nic and your buddy. i know the triangle is one of the many submissions or moves that my body and mind expresses the best. and you guys just helped me to get it even tighter hahaha awesome.

    One key detail that works for me is grabbing my leg not right above the ankle, but let‘s say a fist more to the knee. This way there is more room where I can place my leg and this makes the triangle choke way tighter.
