Atlanta definitely has a better professional job market. Phoenix should definitely be excited about the chip fabs, but Atlanta has numerous huge companies headquartered in the city. Atlanta is one of my back up locations as you can actually live a city life there on a non astronomical cost of living. Food, culture, entertainment it isn’t even close… Atlanta. I do love the Phoenix heat, mountains, property taxes and proximity to California though.
@Based Oz I'm in Atl and having a hard time in the job market. Other than The Home Depot, Delta and Coke, I don't think Atl has many more HQ's than other major cities.
@@j.d.waymond6355 It’s worse in Phoenix. Phoenix gets other cities satellite offices. Even then Atlanta has big companies with satellite offices as well. I think the actual city of Phoenix has Petsmart and UHaul. With UHaul being probably the only big company headquartered actually in the downtown-uptown areas.
I came across this video a year late, but right on time as I ponder whether to move to the Atlanta area or stay in AZ. Like you, we visited Atlanta and it really impressed us. A bonus is that I have lots of family there. However, life in AZ has not been bad for us and we have lots of great friends (who are like family) here. It's a tough decision.
My husband and I visited ATL in 2016 and fell in love as well. We moved from Denver to Phoenix in 2018 for family but we still really love Atlanta...it's beautiful!!!!! My emotions were just like yours after the trip! Thanks for sharing! Love your channel...I'd watch your Atlanta channel too if you started one!!
It truly is a matter of preference. I absolutely hated Atlanta. But I love Phoenix. I truly encourage you to do more research on places to eat because Phoenix certainly has it. A few restaurants I like are.. Vincent’s on Camelback J&G Steakhouse Maple and Ash Mrs. Whites Golden Rule Cafe Sal’s Gilbert Pizza Gus’s Fried Chicken. Hope this helps :).
Car registration might vary depending on the car and the year. I never paid only 50 dollars. I paid two hundred something dollars each year. But yeah Atlanta is great...but I'm headed to Arizona lol (but not Phoenix, one of the cute towns on the outskirts). I had my share of partying, I'm ready to chill now.
Kattina, I spoke with a Georgia transplant not too long ago and he said he ❤ living in AZ. He lived on the outskirts of the greater Phoenix area. I, on the other hand, am debating whether to leave Phoenix for ATL. I like the Phoenix area, but have most of my family in Georigia.
Girl I have been obsessed with your channel since I want to move to Phoenix/Surprise… waitttt you are NOT 37. Wowwww! You look amazing!! But I am from Ga. Been here my entire life (27 years) & i want to move to Arizona 😂😂 let’s switch places! I can help you move here, I’m a realtor here! You help me move there!!
@@brittaneybadger I am in Chicago but have been trying to leave since I was 19. I'm now 58🤣. Atlanta use to be at the top of my list but now Arizona is calling me. I have your information and plan to send you an email. My husband and I are planning to visit in June. We were there in September and I loved it. Our June visit is to secure a location to live. We can chat more once I email you. Thanks for the videos!

I’ve spent a lot of time living here in Arizona and a lot of time in Atlanta as well. Atlanta is a really great city a lot more options of suburbs and places to live in. It’s harder getting around the city of Atlanta compared to Phoenix it’s been like that since the 90’s
@@brittaneybadger Scottsdale has really good food but not that authentic. Arcadia seems to be one of the best. Phoenix itself has a lot of hidden gems. I think the food is better here overall than Atlanta. Chicago and San Francisco probably the best
@@claytonelofgren Yea San Francisco did have some good spots. I’ve been to Chicago a couple of times.. to the fancy restaurants tho not the authentic ones. Thank you for sharing.

How long has your bestie lived in Atlanta? Is she in the suburbs?
She’s in Gwinnett county, She’s been there for about 2 years now. She said she’s never going back to Cali! 🤣
