Hi Tony, Thanks for the video. Could you do me a favour and pass my thanks on to Terry. It was a breath of fresh air listening to someone genuinely dedicated to growing vegetables, and passing on some handy tips. I was also impressed by the condition of his plot and the progress the crops are making, all in all, a very knowledgeable gardener and genuine gentleman. Thank you Terry
And that's why new potatoes are no good for chips! Also, by leaving them in the ground, the skins harden up better than they do in the air. Always good to listen to a master of his craft!! Cheers Tony
Terry has a super tidy allotment and those onions look fantastic. And the potatoe Amazon looks like it might have Elephants hiding in there😉. Great video Tony and love the updates.
Really enjoyed that! What a joy to look around an immaculate plot tended by a couple who know their stuff! This will make me re-assess my cucumber watering regime! Thanks to you both.
Great vid Tony. I really enjoy your plot tours. Learn a lot from these experienced guys. Who would have thought cucumbers manage with such little water and no feed! I've been drowning mine! Thanks for that👍👌
Thanks for the look around Terry's plot Tony, always great to have a nosy what other people are up too. Interesting about his cucumbers, my husband has overwatered ours while I was away and our melons and cucumber plants are not looking too good now so I recon Terry's onto something there. Take care 😊
Awww thank you for this video Tony, I learned such a lot from Terry. What a lovely man. I've heard you speak of him before but have never seen him, these last few months I've started following some really knowledgeable gardeners who know what they're talking about without making themselves out to be summat they're not. I've learnt such a lot too. You're both great to watch, thank you both 😀
R'reet Tony, Terry. I must be doin' summert reet as I've ghetten Black Russian toms growing too, They're doing beltin' like Terry's. His taters are looking bob on, I've used some sulphur potato fertiliser this year because I had a lot o scab on last years crop. Time will tell. I think Terry must do gardening the reet way as he's always clean, I faver I've done a shift dahn Parsonage pit face when I come aht my garden 😄I sowed some o them dwarf French beans a couple of weeks ago in one o the greenhouses, I hope I've not left em too late, Bloody slugs ate my last lot 😱Cracking looking plot Terry it's a credit to you. Nice video Guru.
Another tip from Terry, that's great about the cucumbers, I would have been over watering. Like I've done my ginger, I hope I've not killed it, if I have, I'll just try again.
Re Sweet Corn, somebody said put old socks on the cobs to protect the cobs from squires and rats, weather it works or not I do nor know. Give it a chance. Let me know if it work or not?

I was told Ferrit droppings will make a rat run a mile so place some droppings around the sweet corn.
Great tips Terry. I will try some more cucumbers using your technique. I must say, those spuds look fantastic.
Nice video brother 👍
