This is the best set of new releases I've seen from Kershaw in a long time!!! A lot of very sweet knives with very reasonable msrp's!!! Definitely looking forward to checking out some of these!!!
It's great to see the 2017 Kershaw line have so many interesting pieces. I really enjoy that they're willing to push technology into these affordable knives I'd otherwise only get to see on much higher priced pieces.
I for one really like Speedsafe. I have knives with and without and I really enjoy the smoothness and quickness of the assist and have never had a spring break on me. even on my $10 hotwire.
I have many Kershaw knives with the Speed Safe system. I also have many Zero Tolerance knives; some with KVT Ball Bearings & some with Speed Safe. NONE of them have failed under hard use so I don't understand all the crying about the Speed Safe system. Of course I prefer the KVT system but wouldn't reject a knife JUST because is has Speed Safe.
Snapper314 I have many kershaw knives and none of them have failed. I have a feeling most of the people bitching about the speed safe have never owned a kershaw and are just on the bandwagon and are crying on the comments because they have nothing better to do. Love KERSHAW for the quality and price and I also love ZT for the better steel.
Mr.DeLaCruz 559 Bullcrap . Kershaw Turbulence. T. Galyean design. Only reason I bought it was because it was Tim's design and I knew it'd be perfect in my hand. And I was correct to. Love it. Love the upswept blade and the Sandvik is spot on. I have had it for years and the Speedsafe blown after "maybe" 7 months....give or take a couple weeks. I use it manually (they sent me a spring) or just wrist flick it open. But don't tell me dude...that my Speedsafe isn't broke. Who the heck would lie about something like that anyhow? An eleven year old?
Hello everyone, in my case I have a Barricade, it does not bother me at all the fast opening, I already used it by cutting some branches of trees and its mechanical functioning was not affected at all, it is very firm and sharp. very ergonomic or comfortable to operate.
the emerson knives aren't available on your site or I atleast couldn't find them the new ones I mean when will they be available because I need a new one and THE CQC 10K IS NEEDED IN MY LIFE I've been waiting for years for one with that blade shape to come out also how long is the blade
Bring back the G10 Leek with a great steel like S30V, what were you guys thinking discontinuing the arguably best functional model of leek? Carbon fiber and the premium steel is nice but, the avg customer isn't going to spend well over a hundred on a knife to begin with.
What is going on with the Induction? It is supposed to have the Hawk lock like the dc'd Ram. They showed it last year at shot show and it hasn't been seen since.
7:44 You forgot to mention what that particular knife is called (edit) and more important where it's made. I was really hoping Kershaw would put a flipper on the Blur.. SMH
Yeah me too. I think it was very good of them to address that it took so long, and I'm glad they are committed to releasing the knife and making it work. Can't wait!
Would be nice to see some more larger man-knives from Kershaw. Something like the Emerson cqc10, only bigger. The Natrix, too, would be even hotter if it was an inch larger.
I was just looking at the Kershaw site not too long ago and saw that Leek in carbon fiber. I have a sickening need for that knife! Though on the site it says CPM154, not S35VN. But then it also says it has a frame lock, so I guess both could be typos.
Not that I really needed any more reasons to buy the thing. I waited too long and missed the boat on the G10 version, not going to make the same mistake with this.
Kershaw still only has one USA made manual folder. If you won't add to that number, the least you could do is give us a couple premium Skylines each year. :(
Not a fan of assisted knives tbh. I can open any well designed folder just as fast without worrying of any spring breakage...which happens more than it should with spring assisted knives..especially Speed Safe
I don't really understand why people whine about dressage so much.. I've owned 6 Kershaw knives and 5 of them had speed safe. They have all been great and absolutely no problems. I actually much prefer speed safe due to the stronger detent making it less likely to open in my pocket.
TheProfessional Im starting to worry about kershaw. Last couple years seems like they are trying too hard if that makes sense. Im a fan of "keep it simple stupid". :) I get they need to stay competitive especially now a days. but they have that dare I say "bud k" look. Some are definitely nice though
Jimmy Kimber i totally understand and agree haha, and not all of them are that bad, i do like three of them. i expecially like the leek and the Emerson designed ones.
Josh King, I also thought they drew inspiration from the Alexey Konygin Decepticon knife when I saw this design. cool new design, adding this one to the collection for sure.
I was sold on a lot of those designs until they mentioned the blade steels....420HC and Chinese 8cr13mov....what happened to Sandvick or even a 154cm?? Ide pay more for better quality steels but as they are I think ill pass on Kershaws new stuff even tho that Dividend is sweet.
you can´t rely on speedsafe. if the blade gets caught in material or gloves etc it won´t open and lock completly. in 30ft up working with two hands it´s kind of annoying...
I like the ERIS the best but its speed safe.... Dudes make a nice knife like that with IKB ball barrings... Most knife guys want smooth action both open and close not just speed safe.... Eh I Love my Knock out and its a speed safe so I might be rambling..
I am so happy than someone finally made an assisted rescue knife that didn't have serrations! Finally!
This is the best set of new releases I've seen from Kershaw in a long time!!! A lot of very sweet knives with very reasonable msrp's!!! Definitely looking forward to checking out some of these!!!
One thing I love about Kershaw is that they are an excellent mid range company. Their knives are of good quality, and pretty affordable.
I think Kershaw absolutely killed it this year. I wanted almost all of these.
Rael Jones how does it feel to be their only customer?
Jake From State Farm haha, more for me I guess. I'll take 'em all!
Jake From State Farm they're still in business. I bet they're doing alot better than you haha. Oh, by the way, I only own spyderco.
Yeah, they are doing just fine. I own a Launch 3, but IMO their cheaper speedsafe models are garbage...

It's great to see the 2017 Kershaw line have so many interesting pieces. I really enjoy that they're willing to push technology into these affordable knives I'd otherwise only get to see on much higher priced pieces.
kershaw an ZT are hands down the most inovative and diverse offerings currently in the cutlery industry.
Oh boy oh boy, there are going to be some new Kershaws on my budget knife review channel this year.
All beautiful pocket knives. I look forward to the IWA. To watch the novelties.
The VEDDER is tight, definitely need one of those. Also like the Natrix, Deadline, and Carbon Fiber Leek. Kershaw brining it strong this year.
dam nice looking Kershaw's. KAI still on point. can't wait to see more of shot show stuff
Thanks for giving us the first look at the Shot Show!
I for one really like Speedsafe. I have knives with and without and I really enjoy the smoothness and quickness of the assist and have never had a spring break on me. even on my $10 hotwire.
what a great job you guys did... way better then last years line up !!!
This is so much better than their horrendous lineup from last year, it isn't even funny. Way to go KAI!
The Induction is SWEET!
"This knife will be about 70 dollars"
Oh cool it will be sold for 25 dollars on amazon
That small MP-1 was damn sweet. Wish it would have been in the ZTs lineup with premium materials. Looking good though.
That deadline looks sweet
I like the last 2, the Induction and the DIY Shuffle
Those gtc collabs looked really nice! Too bad we didn't get a more close-up view of the two
I have many Kershaw knives with the Speed Safe system.
Snapper314 finally someone who isn't complaining like all these little bitches about the damn speed safe. I actually like it in my Ken Onion Leek
Snapper314 I've had the spring bar break on two occasions, really not a fan
Snapper314 I have many kershaw knives and none of them have failed. I have a feeling most of the people bitching about the speed safe have never owned a kershaw and are just on the bandwagon and are crying on the comments because they have nothing better to do. I like the flourish, flitch, and vedder
The only homerun this year is the Carbon Fiber S35VN Leek. Classic Knife upgraded practically to ZT standards. Basically a Zero Tolerance Leek
RcTrue too bad the leek sucks
I love the leek! About time they came out with CF and a great blade steel. I hope the tip is stronger.
noooooooo! wanted the malt and the hops until i heard they were assisted. oh well. kershaws line this year is amazing
I'm way too excited for those al mar collaborations
OOH totally getting that Emerson Bowie!!
Hello everyone, in my case I have a Barricade, it does not bother me at all the fast opening, I already used it by cutting some branches of trees and its mechanical functioning was not affected at all, it is very firm and sharp. very ergonomic or comfortable to operate.

I was a little disappointed after Kershaw's lineup for 2016 last year but there's a few blades in here I'm really excited for.
Bring back the G10 Leek with a great steel like S30V, what were you guys thinking discontinuing the arguably best functional model of leek? Carbon fiber and the premium steel is nice but, the avg customer isn't going to spend well over a hundred on a knife to begin with.
Awesome I like the barricade and CQC but the cqc should be in Orange to be easier found if dropped on the ground. If you make it orange I will buy it
great lineup, it goes to show that knives can be beautiful and desireable even when the cost less then 100 bucks...
I want that induction. I have a thing where I don't like putting my finger where the blade is going to close, but benchmades are too expensive for me.
I wish that kershaw would do more non assisted stuff, a lot of the stuff they make is illegal to carry in my area
the deadline is sweet! and its manual !!!
For Once Wow! Great designs!
Way stoked for the new Emersons!
im liking the reverb, any info about when it will be out?
the matt diskin looks nice
What is going on with the Induction? It is supposed to have the Hawk lock like the dc'd Ram. They showed it last year at shot show and it hasn't been seen since.
Can you ask Jim if we will ever see a Natrix XL with a larger blade in the future?
What's the name of the new knife at about 7:45? He never mentions the name.
The jens anso kvt bearing flipper gets me going
I would love to see a kershaw random leek with a satin finish blade and a carbon fiber scale
9:09 Damn it, the knife has tip-down deep-carry pocket clip and also a flipper on the blade? How can it be safe when you pull it outta your pocket?
8:02 Nutnfancy is going to lose his shit :D
Not gonna lie, I totally lost mine!
Can't wait to buy the Barricade
Remember when the Brawler was a thing? Pepperidge Farm remembers. as do I. I really want that knife to come back with a 2nd iteration.
Kershaw really loves their 8cr13 huh
Buy awesome knives and outdoor products at www.michigansportsoutdoor.com/
Man, was really hoping they'd do a refresh of the OD-1/2 series.
Oh well.
definetly gonna be picking up a few of these
7:44 You forgot to mention what that particular knife is called (edit) and more important where it's made. I was really hoping Kershaw would put a flipper on the Blur.. SMH
Did they dump the S35VN and decide to go with 154CM for the cf Leek, or are we still expecting that to materialize?
There are a couple of interesting models but the only one I'd like to have is the Vedder.
They should have kept the s35vn steel on the link instead of the CPM154.
Been waiting for the induction for a whole year now lol
Yeah me too. I think it was very good of them to address that it took so long, and I'm glad they are committed to releasing the knife and making it work. Can't wait!
Would be nice to see some more larger man-knives from Kershaw. Something like the Emerson cqc10, only bigger. The Natrix, too, would be even hotter if it was an inch larger.
when do u think these well be available for purchase? @bladehq
They always used to say "3rd quarter," which is to say, whenever they land.
I was just looking at the Kershaw site not too long ago and saw that Leek in carbon fiber. I have a sickening need for that knife! Though on the site it says CPM154, not S35VN. But then it also says it has a frame lock, so I guess both could be typos.
I believe the blade said S35VN on it, and at the price point ($139.99), that price sounds about right. Here's to hoping it's S35! -Ben
Not that I really needed any more reasons to buy the thing. I waited too long and missed the boat on the G10 version, not going to make the same mistake with this.
that launch 7 looks nice
The fraction looks nice.
Still waiting for another Tilt... please
47trea the tilt was the best knife ive ever held in my life
Any release dates on that Kershaw Shuffle DIY?
Kershaw still only has one USA made manual folder. If you won't add to that number, the least you could do is give us a couple premium Skylines each year. :(
Not a fan of assisted knives tbh. I can open any well designed folder just as fast without worrying of any spring breakage...which happens more than it should with spring assisted knives..especially Speed Safe
will there be color variations for the cqc-10k?
I want some more specs of the Am3 and AM4 those look real nice. Just better not be 8cr13mov!
Why did they discontinue the Piston!!!!!!
Kershaw showed up!! To bad I'm not into speed safe or flippers. Liked the Emersons.
Need that Fraction 😍
Wesley Caesar it's a nice little knife
I don't really understand why people whine about dressage so much.. I've owned 6 Kershaw knives and 5 of them had speed safe. They have all been great and absolutely no problems. I actually much prefer speed safe due to the stronger detent making it less likely to open in my pocket.
That Leek in CF with s35vn is mine!
That leek is the only one would be interested in
agreed
kieran streifling yes, buuuuut I'd spend $40 more for the Zt 0450 cf
kieran streifling
I don't know, the Reverb looks okay. Their Al Mar collabs seem nice too.
kieran streifling i have a leek and its fàntastiç
Some cool knives but some definitely a little too space age look
Jimmy Kimber i agree 100% i like more of an older basic more simple look when it comes to knives.
TheProfessional Im starting to worry about kershaw. Last couple years seems like they are trying too hard if that makes sense. Im a fan of "keep it simple stupid". :)
I get they need to stay competitive especially now a days. but they have that dare I say "bud k" look. Some are definitely nice though

TheProfessional agreed
Jimmy Kimber I agree. I'm liking those Al Mar collaborations tho
what is the knife in the thumbnail
That Vedder looks like a custom knife factory Decepticon.
Josh King, I also thought they drew inspiration from the Alexey Konygin Decepticon knife when I saw this design. cool new design, adding this one to the collection for sure.
I GOTTA GET THOSE NEW EMERSONS.
Slightly disappointed with the change in blade steel on the leek. He said s35vn in the video, but its advertised as cpm-154 everywhere.
Very nice. Great options for the money
I was sold on a lot of those designs until they mentioned the blade steels....420HC and Chinese 8cr13mov....what happened to Sandvick or even a 154cm?? Ide pay more for better quality steels but as they are I think ill pass on Kershaws new stuff even tho that Dividend is sweet.
damn I wish they sold for that much over UK .
Still waiting fo Malt, Vedder and new Shuffle.
dang want that cqc 10k
God fucking damn man every time I look at the leek I want it. I've never wanted a leek this badly.
Why is everyone bashing speed safe. I've never had a problem. It is great for one handed use
Y U NO SELL FRACTION?!
you can´t rely on speedsafe. if the blade gets caught in material or gloves etc it won´t open and lock completly. in 30ft up working with two hands it´s kind of annoying...
Will you show cold steel?
ivanovfarit they will sometime this week.
We're hoping to have some content with them by Friday this week or early next week.
Thank you very much
They've been extremely unimpressive these past few years... I think they released a few swords.
A few swords:))) Their Immortal model looks not so bad.
A lot of people shit on kershaw, and that's fine but kershaw shave only ever been three things for me: cheap, cool looking, and reliable
Natrix is awesome, good job kia. FUAM.
Where's the AM6?!
Bring back the Kershaw Piston!
Make a Link 1776 with M390 steal in Carbon fiber scales
its sad to say they all look better then the zt's that came out this year.
Kerhsaw just not trying anymore
Apollo Prospector neather is zt so dont feel bad
Apollo Prospector I saw that new Kershaw Shuffle DIY. I so want one.
So it's not a double edge...
I like the ERIS the best but its speed safe.... Dudes make a nice knife like that with IKB ball barrings... Most knife guys want smooth action both open and close not just speed safe.... Eh I Love my Knock out and its a speed safe so I might be rambling..
Very interesting knives
I was looking forward to seeing the Hops deployed.... :(
