Great , but "Manage Shell" doesn't exist on my cPanel, I searched on WHM and it doesn't there too, seems like I need to request it from my hosting company !

When I try to login via the Mac terminal, it mentions an RSA key and a fingerprint, but won't make the connection when I tell it to proceed.
