Instead of duplicating the hat, can’t you just record the screen and move the hat as the video plays?
You could do that but I think it would not be as accurate because we would have to anticipate when and where the turtle is moving, if it was a slow and smooth movement it might not be too difficult,
But the video would play in the background and you can move the grouped hat image along with the turtle's head, with the Performance tool. @@chameldoesart

I tried that out and it works well for something zooming past or something going straight through without going up or down. It’s not as exact as the duplication method used in this video

From what I understand the 1st Gen Ipad Pro seems to work fine with procreate, I am pretty sure Procreate Dreams will work also, but double check the website!
