Mine had this once, opened and cleaned it, now the error is back and it is very clean, no dust at all. the error can go away after few minutes though. The fan spins easily too.
What else works? Aim a cheap and quiet fan at the tv. It made all the blue overheated pixels work perfect. Since it took me a year to realize what the problem was..some burn in has occurred...but even that small blotch has faded to the point you only see it when the TV has to show a dark scene. Plus,it seems even that is fading more and more. It's like the TV is repairing itself. Try it.

Had the same error.Decided to open the one connect box and clean fan.After reassembly TV makes a ticking noise when connecting one connect cable as per image on display.I am sure the fan has completely failed.Would the fan failing completely stop the TV from displaying picture .I am now considering a replacement fan in the Hope's it will restore the no display and ticking Issues.Any advice ?
must be something wrong with cable. port in the tv side or on the box, or maybe you damaged the board when you where cleaning it , the box should connect fine to the tv with faulty fan, anyway wait for new fan and see
does anyone have this exact tv? at 65inchs? it was literally samsungs best mine went out this year and samungs tvs now have amazing picture but there banding is horrendous, i’ll buy any ones smaung curve if you have this model and size

sound like the problem from inputs, did you try the AV and components inputs if you have a good picture from them you may have a HDMI controller is bad if the all inputs are bad try to reflow the CPU

because there is no schematic the only option you have will need to use the multi-meter to follow the traces for fan controller chip. must be dc to dc 3v or 5v or maybe more, did you test the fan it self by connecting it to external power supply.
@@SOSfixElectronics yes i tested the fans with external power, that's how I know they work. I did notice 2 capacitors had blown. But do you think that's related?

sounds like the fan is slow spining or try to put thermal paste between the big chips and rubber pad and the heat sink

if your tv control box has a fan and you are having overheat or fan error yes this repair will work for you,
and yes the tv works great as new

you dont need to take the back tv off, look good for the hidden screws sometimes covered by black tape

yes you can use any oil. and yes that fan looks the same. if your fan has 3 wires it will works for you

1st Try to replace the cable is cheaper. If still not work replace the box

Do you hear the fan spinning when the TV is on? If not check the fan if connected right.
SOSfix Electronics yes, when there is no error I can hear it spinning. It probobly doesnt start sometimes and thats when I get error message.
For this models there is no fan in the screen panel. Check the fan in the box if spinning free or not
