Thanks for the review! How do You switch on display dimming function? Manual says it is off by default and the only button on the front panel is power button. Manual says keep (some) button depressed for 10 seconds, but holding the power button for 2 seconds shuts down the UPS. Am I missing something? I've managed to find "silent" operation (doubleclicking power button), but cannot find how to get dimmer working.

any idea how to disassemble it as my son in law dropped it and cracked the case
