Quick Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe | Gajrela Recipe Without Khoya | Homemade Carrot Halwa Recipe

In this video I show you how to make gajar ka halwa which is a popular Pakistani dessert eaten during winter. You can double or half this recipe as needed.
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cup Full Fat Milk
1.8kg Carrots - Finely Grated
3 Green Cardamoms
160g Sugar - Adjust to taste
130g Ghee or Butter
Cashew Nuts - As required
Blanched Almonds - As required
Pinch Of Elaichi Powder
Green Raisins - As required
