after watching the video, I read comments. I thought this was a meme video of a gold player. his trap placements were terrible. he spammed nades into zarya bubbles when they weren't fighting so she fed off those a lot. he took poor fight choices often. this probably wasn't his best game to showcase junkrat. at all.

Flying junk rat kill at like 5:45 was fucked
Just got a POTG last night in Illios well, where 3 teammates just died while it was OT 99%-99%. I was in their back lines and killed an ana, propelled myself with 1 mine and threw another one under me to kill a pharah flying below me, then ulted to kill Genji and dealt massive damage to Orisa, killing her with like 2 more shots, and ending the round and later on the game. Felt so proud of myself simce junkrat used to be the first character I played back in OW 1

It’s so sad that people don’t realize how hard junkrat is past platinum. I love aqua but reading a lot of the comments on his vods and vids seeing how people dislike him cause they don’t know how to counter a junk breaks my heart

Sombra, reaper and pharah can counter him fairly easily. Even a skilled Torb can make him hurt with his turret as a distraction

Omg all the junkrat haters are here 🤣 if you think this is no skill play you seriously are a small brained player. Junk shoots slow projectiles so he has to predict player movements and master the bounce physics. But I understand since he's not a hitscan how a simpleton might confuse his aiming for "luck".

Yeah no I have a lot of game of junk rats getting kills just spamming nades in enemy general direction really takes no skill. A kid was going 5 10 with 2k dmg switched to junk and ended with 15k dmg…. Anyone can play junk.

I hate junkrat so much. I used him once and said "this takes no skill which makes it no fun" and never played him again. But i get it, overwatch needs something for all players... even the skilless

@@ese1588 for low ELO it's true. But once you get to high plat, junk is basically useless and just dies to hitscan. It takes a lot of skill in cooldown management, spacing, knowing when to flank, trap and mine knowledge, and projectile aim for consistent one shot, to make it to Grandmaster rank on junk.

@@xbaloke everyone does at that elo. Watch how the teams just mealt her down through bubble. Bubbles have a certain threshold that will be taken easily while the team deletes her health bar. Takes some coordination that lesser elos do not have. Have a good one!

I mean we shoot in the air because shooting straight wouldn’t hit anything since the opponent isn’t right in front of us. There are junkrat players that spam and hope something hits but some junkrat players only shoot at an area that appears to not have a player there is because they are always behind a wall or we know someone is going to come from there.
