Helpful however we have some doctors who choose to ignore an ana at any level with a symptomatic patient with clear manifestations of disease.

My ana is 84.60 in pregnancy i did test how much it positive?
I was negative for ana and sed rate, but literally every joint on my body is swollen and bright red, toes, bottom of feet,elbows, fingers, knees. They’re all very obviously red and swollen & tingly. I wonder why my sed rate was negative. I have been on and off prednisone. Waiting to get in with rheumatologist.

Can ANA test (IFA, 1/80, IgG) show a response of the body to a metal implant (titanium screws on the jaw)?
Is an autoimmune/autoinflammatory response can be induced by metal adjuvants and may they cause a positive ANA test result?
Or, could we say a negative ANA test means there is no response of the body to the metal (titanium) implants?

this comment is pretty old so hopefully you've already talked with your doctor but it's pretty rare for someone with a negative ANA to have lupus^^
Please tell me dear,which test is most important for such kind of cough(my cough always comeback in winter for a long time and cough happen in cold place like if i goes out from my blanket its happen and if i walking in my room without sleepers or if i take off my t shirt at night than its happen)😢😢😢

more blood tests will be needed to narrow it down since it can be a lot of things. First blood tests checking for possible autoimmune diseases is ideal.
