Awesome! For me discovery of countersteering was complete game changer. Something where I'm still struggling is to change the position between left-right-left (or opposite) sequence of cornes. I think drills like this with 8-shaped figure would help. But I need to find a good place for practicing. Cheers 👍
Leaning the bike more than your body vs leaning your body more than the bike is a choice depending on the ciromstancis in both optiontions, your Centre of Gravity is in the same location related centrifugial force. For mountainbiking, leaning the bike more than your body allows the tires to grip better. For roadbikes it realy depends on the road surface and speed in combination with the overall stability needed. Countersteering is obvious for all steering methodes
This is an old mountain bike cornering skill. It’s leaning the bike, not yourself. There’s a reason why pros road riders who started off in MTB or CX are the best cornerers and descenders in the peloton.
