Fun fact:
Malchezaar's unique spell *Demonic Presence* (Draw 2, Gain 10 Armor) is weird among other draw cards like it for Solo Adventure bosses like *Flameheart* and *Looming Presence* in that he draws first and THEN he gains the 10 armor.
Unlike the others which apply the armor first and then draw.
Meaning that decks like Plague DK can do significant damage or even kill him since he doesn't gain the armor until *after* the draws go through.

Hey Rarran, just wanted to say thank you for getting me back into HS, got an idea for a race challenge, do the witchwood adventure to include the final boss, I finally beat toki after like 4 years of getting perma low rolled on rng before they changed her final boss
i did heroic back in the day when i was still free to play and this makes me feel proud of myself for that.
Karazhan was known for being way easier than the expansions before it
Clicked on this cause I only know Rarran from YGO content and thought he was legit doing the TBC raid Karazhan while taking no damage.

rarran is his own worst enemy. i beat this several times because of how incredibly fun and easy it is. you just place the dude on the board, that copys your spells into your deck, cast the "your spells are all for free" and then just spam whatever you got. having free spells is purge carnage for the enemy.
Here's an idea for some videos: "I tried to beat [insert adventure] while stacking the cards against me"
You choose an adventure and then craft a deck that plays heavily in favour of your opponent's specialty. For example, you'd put lots of deaththrattle/active effect minions against the magic mirror or let chat make you a really bad deck against characters with no quirk to be abused by.

Why does the video only ever show the successful attempts? It makes the journey seem a lot less impressive for those that didn't watch the stream when we don't have context for how much work some of these took. I know the timer messed with the recording in the past, so just some highlights of the fails of the frustrations could help alleviate this instead.
This one was actually much easier than before, but also we noticed people skip or only wanna watch the winning one, since there is so many battles. We do show the good moments where I fail tho
The vods exist, but you're essentially asking why anyone would bother to edit anything boring out.
Watching the dragon one kill him constantly on turn one with arcane missiles was fun lol.
@@theparagonal Not at all. Rarran's mentioned him before on stream, so look at DougDoug. His challenge videos don't just show the winning attempt. They show clips and compilations of failures and what it took to win. But those are still 15 minute videos from 3+ hour streams.
