Congratulations on your 10th episode! On the guy who climbed up the Hachiko statue - This sort of disrespect happens in the American Southwest too. Tourists have actually painted graffiti on top of ancient Native American symbols, and pushed over ancient stone structures. Some first built 7000 BCE. It's an on-going tragic lack of respect for these irreplaceable, and often sacred locations to the descendants of the first Americans. I'd love to see an episode on Japanese business etiquette. Especially the origin of their customs if known. I'll never be able to travel to Japan, but I do enjoy learning about their cultural practices and history. You both present thought-provoking subjects in an enjoyable, relaxed manner. I look forward to future episodes.
Thanks Dave! It seems there are people who don't care about important monuments in any country :( such a shame! We definitely have to look more into the business culture and etiquette stuff! It'll be informative for us too
