Crabbok! You got me into legion, here I am 5 months in with 4 armies and in process of building a modular gaming table lol
Note that at 12:50 you wouldn't be able to gain an aim token from hunter vs a vehicle because it is not a trooper unit.
Also you have the DC-15 and the RPS missile launcher mixed up with releases. The RPS-6 missile launcher does not come in the core set or the clone expansion pack, it comes in the phase 1 upgrade expansion with the dp-23, specialist, and captain.
I thought the RPS-6 was in the phase 1 trooper expansion, can anyone confirm that I am correct/Incorrect ?
Yep it certainly did, think he got confused with the Droid Rocket launcher

Core set clones come with Z6 and DC-15
Btw the rocket launcher was not in the core set it was only in the uprgrade expansion core set is z6 and the range 4 rifle
imagine how good the phase ones will be when arc troopers come out.

As a newbie who recently purchased a Clone Wars core set and few other expansions, I appreciated the video! Frag grenades sounds like a great way to take out a Vader or Grevious attempting to close in for the kill.
you mentioned rex's 1 pip adding 3 red dice to each target if the attacking unit splits their attack on multiple targets. Are you sure that's correct. That's not how I read the rules and I found no support for that online anywhere.
Once the specialist pack comes out you could use the generic cllne leader to give aims and standbys why hes has inspire and out of los. That will op and the fulcrum of the meta. Im calling it

is there any reason, other than looks, to use the phase 2 helmets? Do they add any gameplay benefit?

Where can i find phase 2 troopers
Funny thing you should say that you can buy the phase 1 specialist pack instead to get some stuff that phase 2 automatically has. I know it's a regional thing so I don't blame you, but anything but the tank, the basic trooper pack and maybe the barc speeder aren't available here. The core sets (yes all of them) aren't available where I am at right now either. They are too popular right now I guess?

@@thektorMK1 I'm in Canada. Hobby and game stores aren't as popular here as they seem to be in other parts of the world, and we aren't the top priority when it comes to stocking certain games/toys and such

Love this breakdown of the clones. I have just recently gotten to start playing the clone wars in legion and they are awesome. Fire support is such an interesting option all the time.

How would you mix phase I’s and phase II’s in a build? Most lists I see only run 1 or 2 phase II’s at the most, and actually run them naked, despite their extra slot.
I like to run my 2 Phase II squads with z6's and targeting scopes, with a pair of Phase 1 squads running a specialist to pop tokens for them. If I need to squeeze points for something else, I'll just run a single naked Phase II to act like a backup courage 2 leader to help keep my clones in the fight even if Rex dies.
SilentWarrior how many phase II’s do you run with z6’s/scopes?
@@ethanmcswain2700 I only own 2 squads, so 2. I don't see much value in having any more though, just too many points that would be better used elsewhere.
SilentWarrior so what else do you run? The 2 phase II’s and 2 phase I’s is 320. I’m assuming you do both Rex & obi wan? But that still gives you another 200 points give or take to fill. Do you do take a saber tank? Most people don’t run BARCs
@@ethanmcswain2700 Well my list varies. the one I ran last week against my friend who was playing separatists was Rex (Aggressive Tactics, Recon Intel, Emergency Stims), 2 Phase II troopers (Z6, Targeting Scopes, Overwatch), 2 Phase I Troopers (Specialist), 1 Phase I Trooper (Captain, DP-23, Offensive Push), R2D2, and 2 BARC Speeders (Twin Laser Gunner).
