That was fun! What about that candy sweetness that you often associated with Manhattan Coffees? Is that something more pronounced on one of these roasters or equally present for both?

In my (admittedly biased) opinion, it was far more pronounced in the Probat. It's not even exclusive to Probat's vs other roasters, it's a bit more exclusive to the one Manhattan specifically uses imo
